250 € per person.We would like to present to you a city break offer, for both business and leisure week-ends in Bucharest.
Our offer refers to:
- A standard period of 2 night’s accommodation from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon during spring – summer season.
- Offer valid for groups between 10 and 15 people
FRIDAY
Arrival and transfer from the airport to the hotel
Our guests will be greeted at the airport by our staff and transferred to the hotel by minibus.
Accommodation at the Hotel Residence Hemingway
Our guests will be accommodated according to the indications received or customer needs, in single, double or twin rooms.
Guests are offered a small welcome cocktail.
Dinner at local or international specific restaurant
Full course menu included without drinks. The arrival at the restaurant will be up to the participants.
Free evening
For those who wish, team assistant will arrange a dinner in one of the typical nightlife nightclubs of historic Bucharest. The transfers will be made with taxi independently by the team members with our assistance.
SATURDAY
Breakfast
Breakfast at the hotel between 8-10:00 A.M.
Sightseeing tour at approximately 11:00 A.M until 16:00 P.M.
The city tour will be taken by minibus and with the presence of a tour guide. The tour does not include entry fees to any sites or museums.
Free afternoon
The team assistant is available for suggestions and support of various kinds.
Gala evening (9.30 a.m.)
Dinner at a traditional Romanian restaurant where, in addition to the tasting of typical foods, there will be a show with music and dances. The arrival at the restaurant will be up to the participants.
After dinner
For guests who wish to enjoy the nightlife of Saturday night in Bucharest the team assistant will arrange an evening at one of the best disco-club or at other premises.
SUNDAY
Breakfast and return to airport
Breakfast at the Hotel and airport transfer with minibus and/or taxi with one or more races according to the programmed aircraft departures.
The weekend package price presented is 250 € per person.
This price includes:
– All services specified in the table of the program
– The availability and support of personal Assistant throughout
– Means of presentation required for business meeting (which must be given in advance by the client).
– The reservation for this package must be made at least 10 days in advance, payment is in order.
